Refund & Return Policy

1. Custom-Made Products

All NUDI LAB jewelry pieces are custom 3D printed to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will:

• Provide a full refund, or
• Send a replacement at no additional cost

Please include clear photos of the defect and your order number in your email.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no extra charge.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. After this window, cancellations may not be possible as your piece may already be in production.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Allergic Reactions

While we use high-quality, hypoallergenic materials, we cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions. If you have known sensitivities, please review our material specifications before purchasing or contact us for guidance.
